How do I silence the alarm?

Silencing the alarm depends on which cabinet you have on site, as we use various controllers across our product range.

Most controllers will have a mute / silence button, usually as a secondary function on a standard button such as the "Up" button, this is usually indicated with a little mute icon next to the correct button.

More specific instructions can be found in the manual for your specific unit.

There's a fault with my refrigeration system, what should I do?
If there is a fault with your refrigeration system that requires a service technician then the Service Booking Form should be completed so we can organise the service technician to come out to you. The Service Booking Form can be found on the Warranty and Service page, on the second tab.
Once we receive the completed form, we'll start our process to get a service technician to you as soon as possible because we understand how critical these systems are and the flow on affect of having equipment down.
I have just received my new fridge / freezer, what should I do now?
Thank you for purchasing one of our units, firstly we need to establish that your new fridge / freezer has arrived safely and damage free from one of our warehouses. Once all packaging has been removed a visual inspection should be conducted and photos of any damage should be taken to be emailed to us at info@nuline.au so that we can start an investigation with our distributor within 24-48 hours of receipt. During this time the unit should be connected to mains power.

In ordinary circumstance when there is no damage to the unit then once the unit is unpacked then it should be positioned on a level floor with enough space around it for correct ventilation. Allow the refrigeration gas to settle for at least 2 hours before switching on and leave it running for 24hrs to enable the internal temperature to stabilise. Specific information regarding positioning and ventilation requirements can be found in the product manuals that can be found on the product pages as well as via the QR code found on the Quick Start guide that is supplied inside of every new unit.
Where can I find the serial number for my unit?
On all of our units the serial number will be printed on a silver information sticker that contains the model number, our contact information as well as a table of technical information for a service technician.
On the majority of our units this silver information sticker is placed on either the right or left interior wall of the unit so that it is easily accessible. On a few ranges such as our Heating Cabinet, the silver information sticker can't be placed on an interior wall, therefore it is placed on the back corner on the exterior.
More specific information about the silver information sticker can be found in the manual for the specific unit.
Does my Data Logger give me real time notifications?
If your unit came with a RC-5 Data Logger or if you bought one with your unit, it records data to be reviewed later using the Elitech software. This Data Logger DOES NOT send notifications in real time to alert you about temperature spikes.
How long will my refrigerator stay cold during a power outage?
In the case of a power outage it is best to cease / minimise all door openings if possible to ensure the temperature doesn't rise quickly. We are unable to give a certain time frame as there are many factors, such as stock level and ambient temperature, that determine how long a unit will maintain it's temperature during a power outage.
To maintain operations of a unit during a power outage we recommend purchasing a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) system that will be able to supply power to the unit. We do have a range of UPS' available that are compatible across our product ranges, please contact one of our sales staff via the form on the Contact Us page or email us at info@nuline.au to discuss the best solution for your needs.
How much stock can I put on each shelf?

One layer of stock should be placed on each shelf with enough air flow between all stock as well as the interior walls. Maintaining enough room for air flow throughout the unit prevents hot and cold spots forming. Keeping stock away from the walls ensures that condensation doesn't build up on the walls and potentially drip onto the stock.
